My vision for Cuyjet Management Consultants, Inc. (CMC) is that as coaches we help individuals identify their goals, assess their strengths, determine the journey and reach their targets and/or help them prepare for transitions for a new life, role, team, or career management/change. As consultants, we focus on the people management aspects of human resources such as assessment feedback, management/ leadership skills development, employee engagement, designing practices to match the desired culture and virtual workshop facilitation.
Our approach to coaching comes from a natural curiosity and optimism about everyone's ability to succeed. Coaching involves the belief that the individual has the answers to their own problems within them. The coach is not a subject expert, but rather is focused on helping the individual to unlock their own potential. The focus is very much on the individual and what is inside his/her head.

While I personally draw from more than 35 years in learning and development and career services /recruiting, our consultants have deep experience in line management and human resources positions as well as corporate and independent consulting talent development roles. One has never “seen it all”, but we have seen and learned so much. Whether intentional or not, how leaders manage, give feedback, and model learning & development creates the culture. Cuyjet Management Consultants can scale to unique client needs from one person providing meeting or workshop facilitation or one-on-one coaching to a team of available qualified coaches and consultants. Services range from program management and delivery, session facilitation, a one-time spot coaching session up through long-term engagements for development or career services. Contracts are flexible based on your need and our capacity.
