Cynthia Cuyjet uses her organizational consulting and coaching skills to develop individuals, leaders and teams. She has more than 35 years of internal corporate experience in helping clients achieve their goals by delivering a range of services from one-to-one life and leadership coaching to large-scale leadership development strategy and group facilitation. 

An insightful and compassionate management consultant who leverages best practice leadership development and coaching skills with individuals, talented and aspiring leaders at all levels, Cynthia collaborates with others to build self-confidence and the skills that will help get them closer to their desired personal and professional aspirations. Clients have a keener self-awareness, experience breakthrough thinking, and learn to leverage their skills in life and on-the-job to achieve their goals.

Cynthia has provided leadership development, coaching, mentoring, needs assessment, program development / management and change implementation for banks, consumer products, higher education institutions, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and non-profit organizations. 

Ms. Cuyjet has directed the Management Training Center at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business, was a Professional Advisor at DePaul University School for New Learning Master’s Program in Professional Applied Studies, a lecturer for Northwestern University MS Learning and Organization Change Program and for Loyola University of Chicago in Designing Sustainable Strategic Change.  A former member of the Advisory Board of the Business Psychology Department of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, she was an Advisory Council member of the Metro Achievement Center for Girls and Vice President, Executive Committee Member and member of the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago.  Currently, Cynthia is an Executive Committee member of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation (CAASE). Her civic and volunteer activity garnered for her the Leadership Greater Chicago, Nominee status.

Cynthia is on faculty with Chicago’s Rush University Medical Center Leadership and Development department and with the American Management Association. She delivers sessions in person locally and nationally as well as facilitating virtual instructor-led programs and webinars. As a Certified Master Trainer, for Blessing White/Catalyst, ‘Leading with Inclusion’ she has delivered train-the-trainer sessions for international trainers for Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia and facilitated leader sessions in Canada.

Cynthia is an active and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a member of the Founders Circle of the Global Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce and was selected for inclusion in the roster of Who’s Who of Professional Women 2021 and 2022.
